Refund and Cancellation

Cancellation by Site / Customer You as a customer can cancel your order before dispatch it by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

Return & Refunds

We have a "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.

We deliver our products free anywhere within India.

Free Shipping

We give free delivery within India on all orders with a value of Rupees 500.00 and above. For orders below Rs 500.00 in value, we charge a flat shipping fee of Rs 50.00 within India

Delivery locations ( For orders within India)

We use leading courier companies for all the pincodes where their service is available. Customer will get intimation while placing order if certain pincode if we don’t have service.

Orderdispatch

Depends on the distance from by our nearby warehouse. Customer can expect delivery from 3rd day and within 10th days of order placement. Customer will be informed via sms if any dispatch crosses beyond the stipulated time due to unforeseen reason.

Tracking your order

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail or sms. This will contain a link to the shipment tracking utility on the courier company’s website which will give you the order tracking status.

Non- availability of the consumer

Our courier partner will make three attempts to deliver your order at your shipping address. If after three attempts they find that you were not available to take delivery, the product is returned to our warehouse. After that our customer service team will get in touch with to find the next available date to ensure that you receive the order.
